AIRSTRIKE – Spiritual Rock ’N’ Roll with Soul
Energy, passion and a true Rock ’N’ Roll spirit: AIRSTRIKE from Hesse combine the power of classic rock with their own modern sound.
Guns N’ Roses, Aerosmith and The Black Crowes are among their roots – but AIRSTRIKE are no retro band. For these four musicians, Spiritual Rock ’N’ Roll means big guitars, strong melodies, emotion and, above all, a live show that pulls the audience in.
Three Hesse natives are joined by frontman Julio Noriega, whose roots lie in Peru – a unique combination that gives AIRSTRIKE their distinctive character.
In 2024, AIRSTRIKE shared the stage with Kissin’ Dynamite and Doro. In 2025, they toured with Massive Wagons and Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons. They also played festival highlights such as Schlossgrabenfest and the Radio BOB! Rockcamp at Kieler Woche.
AIRSTRIKE play Rock ’N’ Roll with energy. With feeling. With soul.

AIRSTRIKE – Rock ’N’ Roll with Soul
Four guys, one shared passion and a stage that feels like their own: AIRSTRIKE stand for Spiritual Rock ’N’ Roll – energetic, emotional and authentic.
Their musical roots lie in the great rock bands of the ’70s and ’80s. Guns N’ Roses, Aerosmith and The Black Crowes have shaped their sound. But AIRSTRIKE don’t simply copy their heroes – they take their energy, freedom and attitude and combine it with their own sound.
Three of the four musicians come from Hesse, while frontman Julio Noriega brings his roots from Peru. Two worlds come together on stage, giving AIRSTRIKE a distinctive musical and personal identity.
At the heart of the band is Julio’s unmistakable voice and charismatic stage presence. Live, AIRSTRIKE combine big rock moments with genuine emotion and an energy that immediately draws the audience in.
In 2024, they toured Europe with Kissin’ Dynamite and also shared the stage with Doro at the Hessentag. In 2025, they embarked on European and UK tours with Massive Wagons, followed by a European tour with Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons. They also performed at festivals including Schlossgrabenfest in Darmstadt and the Radio BOB! Rockcamp as part of Kieler Woche.
Whether it’s a driving rock anthem or an emotional moment, AIRSTRIKE know how to take an audience with them.
This is Rock ’N’ Roll with energy. This is Rock ’N’ Roll with soul. This is AIRSTRIKE.

AIRSTRIKE – Spiritual Rock ’N’ Roll
Rock ’N’ Roll can be loud. It can be wild. But above all, it has to be one thing: real.
That is exactly what AIRSTRIKE stand for. The four musicians from Hesse combine the energy and attitude of classic rock with emotional songwriting and a musical identity of their own: Spiritual Rock ’N’ Roll – Rock ’N’ Roll with soul.
Guns N’ Roses, Aerosmith and The Black Crowes are among the band’s influences. But AIRSTRIKE have no interest in simply recreating rock history. They take the spirit of their musical heroes and bring it into the here and now: with big guitars, catchy melodies, raw energy and plenty of personality.
Different roots come together within the band: three members are deeply rooted in Hesse, while vocalist Julio Noriega has his origins in Peru. This combination of Hessian groundedness and South American temperament shapes the band’s unique dynamic.
This blend becomes especially powerful on stage. Julio brings an unmistakable voice and an exceptional stage presence. Together with his Hessian bandmates, he creates a live show that moves effortlessly between dirty Rock ’N’ Roll and emotional moments, constantly building new energy.
AIRSTRIKE’s ability to take on major stages is reflected in their recent years. In 2024, they toured Europe with Kissin’ Dynamite and shared the stage with Doro at the Hessentag in Fritzlar. In 2025, they embarked on extensive EU/UK tours with Massive Wagons, followed by another European tour with Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons.
Beyond their support tours, AIRSTRIKE have also built extensive festival and live experience, performing at Schlossgrabenfest in Darmstadt, the Radio BOB! Rockcamp as part of Kieler Woche, as well as numerous other festivals and major rock events.
With their second studio album, "S*x Sells", AIRSTRIKE also showcase the full range of their sound – from driving rock tracks to more emotional moments.
For AIRSTRIKE, Spiritual Rock ’N’ Roll means more than guitars and volume. It is about connection, energy and that feeling of forgetting everything else for one night.
And that is exactly the feeling these four musicians bring to the stage.
AIRSTRIKE – Rock ’N’ Roll with energy. With feeling. With soul.

Reviews
[...]All four guys are giving it their all, headbanging and putting on a great rock show.[...]
[...]These guys are pure rock 'n' roll, they embody it and bring it to the stage perfectly. Top-notch songwriting, combined with a tight groove and incredible guitar solos. That's about all you need for a killer rock party.[...]
[...]Refreshingly crisp and dynamic rockers with plenty of energy, like the earthy rock vibrations of tracks such as "Crazy Side," "Really Liked You," the classic blues-infused banger ("One In A Million"), where everyone, including singer Julio, is 'one in a million,' or the rocking "Love Me, Take Me, Break My Heart," clearly embody the pure essence of classic rock 'n' roll. The coolly delivered BLACK CROWES cover "Hard To Handle" also contributes to this. Or, as singer Julio succinctly puts it during an announcement: "Rock 'n' roll is a lifestyle, baby." - Definitely![...]
